  • We always recommend a Deep Clean for our first time clients to ensure that your home is at its best. After the initial Deep Clean, clients usually switch to a Standard Clean in order to maintain the cleanliness of the Deep Clean and keep their homes sparkling.

  • Not at all. We understand that you may have a busy schedule, or may simply want to enjoy a nice day out. So there is no need for you to be home before your cleaner(s) arrive or leave. Just be sure to include special instructions for how our cleaner(s) can enter your home when scheduling your Home Cleaning Service. Please be advised that a credit card is required on-file for all cleaning services where you won’t be home.

  • Absolutely. Simply enter any special instructions for our cleaners (e.g. Key Code “#1234”, Key under the mat, etc.) when scheduling your cleaning service. Please be advised that a credit card is required on-file for all scheduled Home Cleaning Services where you won’t be home.

  • Before 48 Hours - Cancellations receive a 100% refund.

    Before 24 Hours - Cancellations receive a 50% refund, or a rescheduling of your clean to the next available date and time of your choice.

    After 24 Hours - Cancellations are non-refundable.

  • We do not charge for any cleaning service that needs to be rescheduled before 24 hours. Please see our “Cancellation / Refund Policy” FAQ for more information.

  • Lave Clean specializes in thorough and exceptional home cleaning services for indoors only. Also, our current insurance does not cover us for exterior home cleaning. As such, we do not offer outdoor cleaning services at the moment.

  • Yes, and the amount is entirely up to you. 100% of what you tip goes to your cleaner(s). Whether given by cash, or through our online booking page, our cleaner(s) always appreciate any amount.

  • Thorough and exceptional home cleaning services are our specialty.

    Our team of home cleaners have over 15 years of experience cleaning homes just like yours. They are experts at what they do, and know how to make any home sparkle!

  • Our promise is that your home will be sparkling within the amount of time that has been scheduled. We’ve simplified the home cleaning scheduling and quoting process by pricing according to your home, not according the time that is required. The time shown for your home cleaning service is an approximation which our cleaners will aim to meet or exceed. For this reason, we always make sure your home is spotless the first time, even if it takes our home cleaners a little longer to do so.

  • Generally, other home cleaning companies charge according to an all-inclusive service. Sometimes, you end up paying for services you didn’t even need in the first place. Or worse! You’re hit with surprise fees at the end of your service.

    However, we’ve done away with the hassle of booking your home cleaning service and the need for any negotiation back-and-forths by offering a fast and easy Booking System.

    You simply select the services you need, and pay only for that. If you don’t need your windows cleaned, you don’t pay for that. If you don’t need the inside of your fridge cleaned, you don’t pay for that either.

    We’ve found that this is the best way to offer our customers the best possible price with an easy flat-rate and no hidden surprise fees!

    This is how we’ve been able to remove the need for quoting per square footage, scheduling a pre-clean tour of your home, etc. all while maintaining a price that makes sense.

    For this reason, our prices are non-negotiable.
